LG software suite works with Windows 7

Just incase anyone needs to know the LG software suite works really well under Windows 7 either 32bit of 64bit.

Sorry but it doesn't for me. I am having real issues.

Firstly, when plugging in , it Windows 7 installed the phone as a USB MASS STORAGE DEVICE and then displayed the following error message...

"LG Installer"

"Error 041 failed to copy installation package to system. Cannot copy installation package to temp folder D:\USBAutoResponse.msi

So went to LG and downloaded USB drivers and PC SUITE III. Installed USB driver and PC Suite.

Loaded PC SUite - and it keeps trying to connect via bluetooth only (no option for USB). So I click on settings and only gives me BLUETOOTH.

Its driving me nuts, could someone please help.

I had the same issue when i went to My Computer there was a icon for LG as a drive double clicked and it started the sync software agian and then connected via USB

I am not seeing the USB link in Windows 7/64 bit

Looked in My Computer and nothing showing, followed all instructions to install it. Please do not insult my intelligence, as I work in IT Support and this has stumped me to be honest?
